Deb Gedney, Instructor
Tante Amber Kringle is the pen name for Deb Gedney, author of "We Are Santa's Elves", a new children's book that introduces over a dozen diverse elves from folklore around the world and explains how their magic helps Santa all year long.
She is a co-founding member of Jolly Elf Family and Friends (JEFF) along with her husband, Santa Jeff Gedney and her sister Mrs Claus Cynthia O'Ravitz. Tante Amber is the lyricist of "Elf School Dropout" and a few other silly elf songs.
Deb Gedney has taught about elves in folklore and pop culture at various Santa Gatherings throughout New England the Southeast.
She has been interviewed about elves in Hearst Media, NPR Boston and CT Magazine's 2024 Christmas Special Edition.
