Please join us for the next session of the Northern Lights Santa Academy to be held at the Sonesta Gwinnett Place, 1775 Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth, GA 30096 from Friday afternoon, March 6th through Sunday evening, March 8th. The hotel will be newly renovated for 2026! We hope to see you there!

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE:
Friday, March 6th: Check-in and vendor room opens around 1 pm. Classes begin around 2 pm. Dinner included.
Saturday, March 7th: Classes from 9 am to 5 pm. Lunch & dinner included.
Sunday, March 8th: Classes from 9 am to 4 pm. Lunch included. Oaths & Graduation 4 pm - 5 pm.

Room block rate is good for any nights from Thursday, March 5th through Monday, March 9th.
Room reservations must be made by Monday, February 23rd, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS.
NLSA room block rate: $115 per night plus tax. This rate includes FREE breakfast and free parking.
About the Sonesta Gwinnett Place Atlanta: The Sonesta Gwinnett Place Atlanta is located in the heart of Gwinnett County near the Gas South District. The recently updated 17-story hotel is the largest in the county and features a wide range of guest rooms, suites, and the Preferred Level for business guests. The hotel features breakfast, indoor & outdoor swimming pools, a health club, a sundeck, parking, and more.
School cancellation policy: For a cancellation made more than 30 days prior to the first day of the school session, tuition will be refunded (minus transaction fees) back to your original payment method.
For a cancellation made between 30 and 15 days prior to school, tuition paid (minus transaction fees) will be moved as a credit towards the next school session only. If a student is unable to attend the next school session, no refund will be given.
For a cancellation made less than 15 days prior to school, the refund policy is at the discretion of the Northern Lights Santa Academy and no refunds can be given for the meal portion of your tuition, as we guarantee the meal count to the hotel by that point.
