Mrs. Claus Dana Prostrollo, Instructor/Volunteer Staff

Dana first received her calling as Mrs. Claus during a one-time event in 2019. Friends were sponsoring a community event and asked she and her husband, Everrett, to be Santa & Mrs. Claus. Surprised by this request, Dana accepted, with much trepidation. Borrowing a Mrs. Claus dress from the sponsors, Dana had a wonderful time & was bitten by the "bug"! Shortly after Christmas 2019, Dana and Everrett found a documentary of Northern Lights Santa Academy "Santa School" on TV. She was blown away with the knowledge that the very thing she fell in love with, was available in the classroom! Shortly after her discovery, came the arrival of COVID, and Dana's dreams were dashed (just a little bit!) Throughout the spring and early summer of 2020, Dana and Everrett discussed pursuing their newfound passion of Claus Portrayal. They decided to go all in, and bring a little happiness to Children and Families during the pandemic. 

Dana constantly learning as much as she can about the Claus Family. She has received an Advanced PhD from the Northern Lights Santa Academy. She has also committed hundreds of hours attending different Claus schools both in person and online. Some of the Schools attended are in Branson, MO, Gatlinburg, TN, San Antonio, TX, and even an Eastern Carribean cruise/school! 

Dana has had previous experience as President of her Church's Young Women program and spent many summers at the YW summer camp. She has also taught for several years in the Church primary program, and youth Sunday School programs. 

Dana resides near Savannah, GA with her husband, Everrett. Their 2-adult daughters & 5 grandchildren live within 2 miles of their home. She still works full-time outside the home as a Nationally registered Radiologic Technologist. R.T.(R)(CT)ARRT.
