Mary Anderson, Mrs. Claus and Photographer 

Mary Anderson is a lifelong resident of Northwest Georgia and has been employed with Top Flight in Chattanooga, TN, for the past 34 years . She has been married to Santa Mike Anderson for 38 years. They have 3 children and 4 grandchildren. She is a member of Naomi Baptist Church in LaFayette, GA, and is a Sunday school teacher to the 3 and 4 year olds. 

Mary first became Mrs. Claus after the birth of her first grandchild in 2003. She became Mrs. Claus for her family, friends and church. In January, 2014, after attending her first meeting of the Tri-State Santas in Chattanooga, TN, and later that year attending Clausfest in Gatlinburg, TN when, needless to say, she got hooked and has not looked back since.

Mary has developed a love of photography and has taken the camera away from Santa. She has acquired props and lights from various outlets and is presently working on a photography studio. She has purchased a sleigh and a small locomotive that will work nicely in her studio. 

Her first professional Mrs. Claus appearance was in 2014. She volunteers for several organizations which include Children’s Hospital, Walker County Library, and Stocking Full of Love. She has been featured in articles in local publications of The Walker County Messenger and The Chattanooga Times Free Press.

Affiliations: Tri-State Santas, Real Bearded Santas of North GA, Peachtree Santas and the International Brotherhood of Real Bearded Santas.

Her many appearances, just to name a few, include Santa’s Private Car for The North Pole Limited, The Barn Nursery, Hilton Garden Inn, River City Company, City of La Fayette’s Christmas Parade, City of Chickamauga’s Christmas Tree Lighting, Mountain City Club, Walker County Fire Department, and works with numerous studios throughout the season.
