Ansley Johnson, Guest Instructor

For over three years, Ansley Johnson has been planning anything from Snapshots with Santa visits, Star Wars storm trooper meet and greets, and room-to-room visits with professional athletes for the patients and families at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston.

As the Volunteer Coordinator for Special Events, Ansley receives the in-kind donations for Children’s - so her office looks a whole lot like Santa’s workshop come December! Ansley also manages the Young Friends, MedKids and Explorer programs for K – 12th grade.

Ansley interned in the Volunteer Services department at Children’s for a year before she began a two-year stint in the Public Relations world.  However, Ansley made her way back home to Children’s Healthcare in the Fall of 2015 and couldn’t love her job any more.

Ansley resides in Decatur with her videographer husband Kevin. They both love to cook and try new restaurants in their neighborhood.
