TENTATIVE SCHEDULE:
Thursday, August 20th: Check-in and vendor room opens around 1 pm. Classes begin around 2 pm.
Friday, August 21st: Classes from 9 am to 5 pm. Lunch included.
Saturday, August 22nd: Classes from 9 am to 5 pm. Lunch & dinner included.
Sunday, August 23rd Classes from 9 am to 4 pm. Lunch included. Oaths & Graduation 4 pm - 5 pm.

Single Santa, Mrs. Claus, or Elf = $465.00
(includes 4 meals)
Couple (Santa & Spouse or Significant Other) = $865.00 (includes 8 meals - 4 per person)
Registration fees increase by $50 after 5/15/26

Room block rate is good for any nights from Wednesday, August 19th through Sunday, August 23rd.
Room reservations must be made by Wednesday, August 5, 2026. NO EXCEPTIONS.
NLSA room block rate: $154.00 per night for SINGLE occupant or $164.00 for DOUBLE occupant. This rate includes FREE breakfast so please make sure you correctly select 1 or 2 occupants when booking your room. If you are a couple and book a single occupant room you will only receive breakfast coupons for 1 person.
Discounted self-parking fee is $5.00 per day for cars or trailers. Valet parking is $30 per day.
PLEASE NOTE: If you DO NOT book through our group link below we CANNOT guarantee that breakfast will be included in your room rate. That will depend on your individual booking with the hotel. We will NOT be able to help you with getting free breakfast if you have booked outside of our room block. (Cost of breakfast buffet is $25 per person if you book outside of our room block.)

School cancellation policy: For a cancellation made more than 30 business days prior to the first day of the school session, tuition will be refunded (minus transaction fees) back to your original payment method.
For a cancellation made between 30 and 15 business days prior to school, tuition paid (minus transaction fees) will be moved as a credit towards the next school session only. If a student is unable to attend the next school session, no refund will be given.
For a cancellation made less than 15 business days prior to school, the refund policy is at the discretion of the Northern Lights Santa Academy and no refunds can be given for transaction fees or the meal portion of your tuition, as we guarantee the meal count to the hotel by that point.
